How To Vote
Two proposals, one response per unit on each proposal.
- Review both proposals. Use the document links on the voting page. Agree with your co-owner on the unit’s response.
- Sign in with your verified email. The email must match the Association’s unit directory. A different account will not be allowed to vote for your unit. Contact FHCABoard@gmail.com for an eligibility correction.
- Submit each ballot separately. Select your unit, choose YES or NO, enter your full name, certify your authority, and submit. Save each receipt. No response is counted until a receipt confirms it was recorded.
- Finish by October 26 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. Voting opens October 12 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern. You can check your unit’s recorded responses after signing in. Contact the Board to correct a mistake; do not submit a duplicate paper ballot.
Paper ballots and proxies
If online voting is not practical, request the matching paper ballots from the Board. Sign, date, identify your unit, and return them to FHCABoard@gmail.com before the deadline. A proxy must be verified by the voting administrator. Online and paper responses are reconciled into one register; only one active response per unit per proposal counts.
Participation and results
The Association asks all 16 units for a clear YES or NO response on each proposal. The approval target is 11 YES votes on each proposal. An unanswered ballot remains Pending and is never recorded as a NO vote. Unit-level records are restricted to the authorized administrator and the unit’s verified owners. The Board will certify and announce final results after reconciling ballots and any corrections.
