Governing Documents & EV Charging Station Policy
October 12–26, 2026 · Closes October 26 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern.

Cast a separate YES or NO vote on each proposal. Each of our 16 units has one vote. The requested approval target is at least 11 YES votes on each proposal; we ask every unit to participate.

Sign in with the email listed for your unit in the Association’s directory. Your selections are identified records; they are visible to you and the authorized voting administrator. Co-owners share one unit vote. Save your receipt after each submission.

Owner comments for circulation to all homeowners may be emailed to the Board throughout the voting period. Please send them early enough to allow circulation before the deadline.
