Straight answers

Frequently Asked Questions

Plain-language guidance for everyday questions. The governing documents control whenever a summary and the official documents differ.

Who Manages Fountain Hill?

FHCA is self-managed. The three-member volunteer Board acts for the Association during properly noticed meetings and handles community business between meetings. Outside that role, Board members are neighbors who follow the same rules as everyone else.

How Do I Contact The Board?

Email FHCABoard@gmail.com. Include your name, unit number, and a concise description of the question or issue. For an immediate life-safety emergency, call 911 first.

When Are Trash And Recycling Collected?

Collection is normally on Tuesday. After a holiday that changes the schedule, pickup moves to the following day. Please return bins to their storage location Tuesday evening, or after delayed pickup.

Do Exterior Changes Require Approval?

Yes. Obtain written approval before changing the exterior, common elements, or another area governed by FHCA standards. Start with the architectural application process.

Who Is Responsible For A Repair?

Responsibility depends on the Declaration, Bylaws, maintenance standards, and the exact location and cause of the condition. Report the issue to the Board before authorizing work that may involve a common element.

Where Can Owners Find Private Records?

Approved homeowners can sign in to the Owner Center for owner-only financial, Board, project, and resale materials.
